School Description:
The International Neuroscience School with the theme “Unlocking the Neurochemical Mysteries of the Brain: Integrating Neurochemistry and Neuroscience for Innovative Therapies”, will be held 22-26 May 2025 in the historical and beautiful city of Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. This school aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles and advanced concepts of neurochemistry and neuroscience. Through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical sessions, and hands-on workshops, students will gain insights into neurochemical mechanisms, signaling pathways, and their role in brain function and neurological disorders. The goal is to bridge the gap between basic neurochemical research and its clinical applications, empowering students to explore novel therapeutic strategies for treating brain disorders.
The school is designed for graduate students, early-stage postdoctoral researchers, and emerging scientists in the fields of neurochemistry, neuroscience, pharmacology, and biomedical sciences. Participants will benefit from the expertise of renowned scholars in the field and engage in collaborative, cross-disciplinary discussions aimed at fostering innovation and cutting-edge research in neurochemical therapeutics. Our program is designed to foster skill development, enhance research capabilities, and create networking opportunities. We are committed to supporting young researchers, particularly those from underrepresented regions, by offering financial assistance and travel grants. Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen global collaboration and contribute to the advancement of neurochemical and neurobiological research.
